Your customers may have been affected by the recent weather. We recognize that they have a lot to deal with right now, and the last thing we want them to worry about is their auto insurance.

If your customer has a bill due, please encourage them to call us at 1-800-876-5581. We can help if they're concerned about maintaining their coverage, or need extra time to make a payment.
This applies to all Progressive insurance products, including Private Passenger Auto, Motorcycle, Boat, RV, and Commercial Auto.
For customers who have signed up for their funds to be processed electronically, we’ll continue to withdraw their insurance payment from their bank as usual, unless they ask us to stop.
