Getting Back To Normal

Augustine Insurance

Here's what to expect during Phase 1 of reopening at Augustine Insurance starting May 1st.

We have hired Fog Pros LLC. — a fogging company in Clarksville that will use a hospital-grade disinfectant — to clean surfaces, HVAC, and other spaces we are not able to reach without the technique. We have installed plexiglass barriers in order to protect both our clients and our staff.

If you have had contact with or care for anyone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days, or if you have experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms, your access to our offices will be denied. If this is your circumstance, please understand that we are still here to help by phone or our online service. During the last month and a half, we have learned and adopted new processes to make your service needs even more rewarding through these channels. As directed by our mayors and as an essential will apply for all permits and we would like to apologize in advance if we have to restrict the traffic flow into our offices.

Here are the details on the phased reopening of the Clarksville area:

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Montgomery County Mayor Jim Durrett and City of Clarksville Mayor Joe Pitts rolled out plans Thursday for the phased reopening of commercial activity in Clarksville-Montgomery County. Phase One of the plan is expected to take effect Friday, May 1, when businesses that are able to complete an extensive permitting process will be allowed to open. Businesses eligible to apply for Phase 1 permits include restaurants, retail shops, and personal services businesses such as barbers, hairstylists, and nail salons. Full details for businesses will be released Monday, April 27. In another important element of Phase 1, businesses that were deemed essential and remained open through the stay-at-home era will be required to obtain a permit, increase their safety measures and allow less traffic in their stores.

We will continue to keep our work environment safe for both our agents, staff, and clients and will be introducing temporary Plexiglas barriers. Our lobbies will reopen and are encouraging good hygiene practices — including washing hands frequently and covering your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough. We are also making sure that our staff has sanitizers and other cleaning agents to keep our offices safe.

We are all used to floor markings in stores for social distancing by now. These reduce physical interaction, simply by listing an X on where to stand. We will use some of the procedures to help the flow in our work areas.

At this time. there will be limited access to our lobby only. Our personal offices and bathrooms during this time will not be available.

Once again we want to thank our clients and future clients for making a difference. This is why we are able to move forward.

Sincerely,

Your friends at Augustine Insurance
